About the Clitherall Lake Association

The Clitherall Lake Association was formed in 1986 with the goals of protecting and enhancing Clitherall Lake and the land that surrounds it.  The CLA is organized as a tax-exempt non-profit corporation under Minnesota Statue 317 and is a 501(c)3 charitable organization.
